A clear unpacking video from the moment the parcel is opened.

Without this proof, returns or exchanges cannot be processed.
2. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as:

Change of mind.

Personal preference regarding color, design, or fabric.

Please note that minor variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting, photography, or device display, and these will not be considered as defects.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

Once an order is confirmed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
